PowerTagging Server - Task Agent Deployment
This section contains the necessary steps to set up the Task Agent.
Steps to Set Up the Semantic Integration Task Agent
Logon to the PowerTagging Server.
Set the permission level to 'Full Control' for the domain service account.
Copy the folder 'TaskAgent' and its whole content to 'C:\Program Files\'.
Open Computer Management, Task Scheduler.
Create a New Scheduled Task.
Change to the General tab.
Name: PowerTagging TaskAgent.
Select these security options:
Run whether user is logged on or not
In the Triggers tab: run every 1 min
In the Actions tab: run application located 'C:\Program Files\TaskAgent\PowerTagging.TaskAgent.exe'
Ensure if a 'Log' directory exists in: '…\TaskAgent'
Steps to Set Up the Retagging Task Agent
- Logon to the PowerTagging Server
- Open Computer Management, Task Scheduler
- Create a New Scheduled Task
- Change to the General tab
- Name PowerTagging TaskAgent Retagging
Select these security options:
Run whether user is logged on or not
In the Triggers tab: run every 1 min
In the Actions tab: run application located 'C:\Program Files\TaskAgent\PowerTagging.TaskAgent.exe' with argument bulkRetagging
